Johnny started his career in the UK government, working in four different government departments, including managing multi-country investment trade shows and leading campaigns on digital inclusion.
In industry, he was previously Head of Policy and Strategy for Adecco UK, and CEO of an enterprise and education charity. Most recently, Johnny worked for consultancy Global Counsel, advising clients across the globe on policy and communications at senior levels.
He has also ran national campaigns in politics, including twice as a parliamentary candidate and was a governor at a multicampus UK university.
